Tree

The Lord is the root of the complete tree, and He is the stomach of the complete body. Pouring water on the root is the right method of watering a tree, just as feeding the stomach is the means of supplying energy to all parts of the body. By serving the Lord (root), we are serving the whole society.  If there is no service for the pleasure to the Lord, Krsna, the whole society is not able to make any progress.
